I got some precooked ribs from the store. It cost 2.80 for a rack of ribs st louis style. I looked at uncooked fresh ribs and they cost like alot more then the precooked ribs I got. How do they sell them so cheap?

Well if you mention the store I’d be able to provide an answer. I got a full rack of pre-cooked ribs for around $16 at Pathmark.
We want to have a casual wedding reception with a pig roast or barbecue with a smoker. I am looking for a caterer or a restaurant who does this type of thing. I am pretty flexible. We just want it to be good food in an casual party atmosphere that doesn’t cost a fortune.
