    I knew it was a joke. What is wrong with adding some facts into an educational video? A lot of people assume that kosher salt is kosher, but that’s not why it’s called kosher salt. I wasn’t “accusing” you of not knowing that. Get your panties out of a twist.

    Why does youtube have to be filled with who vote down or call people “fucking morons” when they simply post a truthful, informational comment on a video which was, ostensibly, supposed to be an educational video in the first place?

    Funny thing is that kosher salt has nothing to do with *being* kosher. It’s called kosher salt because it’s used for koshering meat. The large crystals coat the meat with more salt to draw out the fluids (kosher meat has to be blood free). Although many kosher salts are indeed kosher, it’s not a prerequisite.
