INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
DIRECTIONS
In a small, nonporous bowl, combine the garlic powder, ground black pepper, salt, mustard powder, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, paprika and oregano. Mix well and apply to meat.

Memphis Dry Rub Ribs
For the rub
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

i can give you one. if you are cooking ribs the secret is not the rub it is to clean them and then boil them in meat tenderizer and half cup of vinegar. then take them out an cover them with a meat tenderizer,red pepper,chill pepper and salt and pepper mix let sit in the freg and cook the next day then e-mail me and tell me how you were praised for the most tender ribs ever

BAR – B – Q RUB
2 c. table salt
1 c. black pepper
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. chili powder
1/4 c. MSG
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and rub on brisket, chicken, ribs, or other favorite meat before barbecuing. Use liberally, do not skimp on the rub.
