Will I use pork or beef? Or listen to rock and roll or country? My barbecue will be an olio that consists of both pork and beef, potatoe salad, baked beans and a small vinyl swimming pool filled with pop and beer.References :

I grilled some of the salmon I caught in Alaska just the other night. Never over cook salmon.References :
I know people up in Wisconsin and Alaska that barbecue year round in below freezing weather. The weather does not matter if you love barbecue enough.
