    All I can say that these boys are really good in what they do. I’ve tired their recipes in past and remained undisputed in family cook outs. I been crowned by friends and family as a pit master. I turely take them as my GURU.

    Holy turkey batman…it turned out…GREEEEEAAAAT!
    My kitchen still smells like wild turkey (i used burbon) gravy..and the smell is out of this world. Truth to tell…it was the most moist turkey i ever ate. Stuffing..unbelievable. I took mine off the charcoal grill about 165 yo 170 F internal temperature.
