   Teriyaki is a liquid and sold in bottles. A sweet soy sauce so to speak. This is quite similar and homemade. It is syrupy than BBQ sauce (not as thick). I use it for all my Teriyaki dishes. Give it a try. Direct on BBQ foods or add a bit to a stir fry. cheers! KtC

   The only Sauce I have seen before is pure liquid, a bit thickenned but just liquid and when it was put on the chicken it kind of melted, do You know if this the same sauce but they just liquify the ingredients or if it is another one? thanks in advance for the info

   Go with 1/4 cup of …
   Go with 1/4 cup of soya sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, onion, garlic. 1/2 cup of hot water. 1 teaspoon each of the ceyenne, ginger, black pepper, salt(which you can leave out if you want). thanks and Enjoy!
