a list of some of the important items, from pans to spices used by the barbeque Pit Master, for grilling and low and slow barbecue. If you are new to barbecue and grilling this basic list will get you started!
I would look out … I would look out for a Buck washita stone for real fine honing, and a diamond grinder for cold grinding. Too much heat will de-temper the blade, so take care.
I sure would like … I sure would like to see how you guys sharpen your Old Hickory. I just cant seem to get mine as sharp as when I bought it. I have a combination sanding stone 250/1000 grit, should try a higher grit stone?
dont even start … dont even start that propane vs charcoal debate
but seriously, you can burn chicken on either.
Although I really liked my coal burner, I like my nice shiney easy to light, easy to maintain heat, propane grill. and i can smoke on it too. Just turn a burner down low and put a chipbox in there.
Geez, that’s a … Geez, that’s a whole shed right there! Great to listen to you again with some great descriptions.
Now, I think you really do need a name, and probably best your BBQ pals should give you a pseudonym rather than asking the YT audience. because I think that would end in tears
Regardless, you sir (and the ‘production crew’) are way cool!
Hey guys, we were … Hey guys, we were gonna do a video very similar to this one over the weekend… Now, we don’t have to do it! 5 STARS! I noticed the fire extinguisher, always a good idea! (A guy in this area just about burned his house down last night, using lump charcoal on his wooden deck)! I always keep a 5 gallon bucket of water near! Just in case. Great video, as always! Gotta have that hat on!
