I want to go to college in Cali, but I’m not sure if I’d have to pass the NY bar exam if I moved back here. I know I want to go to law school in CA though and practice law for awhile before I came back to manhattan.

Does anyone know if NY respects the Cali bar exam and vice versa?

And is cooking a barbecue expensive? Say like, every day? Or few times a week

Barbecue means low and slow over indirect heat as opposed to grilling over direct heat. The benefit of true barbecue is it will render tough cuts like brisket, pulled pork, ribs, etc, tender. These tough cuts are typically quite a bit cheaper although they are growing rapidly in popularity.

It is important to clean your grill as it is to clean anything you’re cooking with (barbecuing or otherwise). Its easiest to simply clean your grates while they’re still hot. Normally while waiting for the meat to rest I will clean the grill.

Can anyone give me your favorite homemade recipe for bar b que sauce? I have searched the web and can not find a recipe that sounds really good. I am having a bar b que this weekend and I already have my rub mixture down and would love to have some great sauce to go along with it. Other than buying it already made at Rudy’s. I would really appreciate any help

What are some unique foods one can grill on a barbecue stove?

The traditional July 4th barbecue has foods like:
- chicken wings
- corn
- hamburgers
- hot dogs
- shishkabobs
- green or red peppers
- marshmellows
- zucchini
- clams

I am looking for some easy yet yummy things to barbecue this year other then the traditional items listed above.

eggplant,zucchini
pineapple,melon,peaches,mango.
take a piece of foil,put a big chunk of feta cheese,drizzle with olive oil,sprinkle oregano,close foil and grill for 7minutes.

Beaches in Long Island, NY with a barbecue grill?

Are there any beaches in Long Island, New York that has a barbecue grill? I would prefer it if the beaches aren’t really crowded, but any bbq beach in Long Island is fine.

There is an area with barbecue grills at east end of Parking Field 6 at Jones Beach. It’s first come, first served, so the grills get taken fast.

Also take note: Field 6 is one the smallest of the Jones Beach’s parking fields, and gets filled very quickly. If you get there after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday it’s likely to be full.

Would like to know if buying a weber barbecue (maybe an E320) is better than buying a cheapie. Seems to be a big price difference.

Had a Weber Genesis E-320 for a couple of years now and it is AWESOME! Had cheap bbq’s for years and they usually rust out pretty quickly. Yes, they are more expensive but they last for years.
