It’s easy to make your loin or baby back pork ribs real tender. Simply remove the membrane off the back of the rack, as shown in this video.

Deep fried baby back ribs with spicy BBQ sauce.
Sauce Add BBQ sauce, chipotle adobo and apple juice. Heat on low to reduce.
Remove membrane from ribs.
Cut into individual ribs.
Season with “Tonys”.
Coat with Wondra flour.
Fry for 12 minutes @ 350F.
Coat with sauce.
