<p>Making your own Bar-B-Que Sauce is a great way to infuse flavors that you want the final dish to have. They can express a theme or bring your guests to a destination without leaving the dining table. </p>
<p>Home Made Bar-B-Que Sauce<br />
Ingredients<br />
12 oz tomato paste<br />
¼ cup chopped onion<br />
½ cup Worcestershire Sauce<br />
½ tbsp cayenne pepper<br />
2 tbsp mustard seed<br />
½ cup honey<br />
½ tbsp crushed red pepper<br />
½ tbsp paprika<br />
½ tbsp black pepper<br />
4 cups water<br />
Olive Oil</p>
<p>Your own flavor element<br />
Mine was Pomegranate Wine you can add your own</p>
<p>Equipment<br />
1 Large pot</p>
<p>Preparation<br />
Caramelize Onion<br />
Add remaining spices and toast for 1 min<br />
Add Worcestershire sauce stir and heat for 1 min<br />
Add tomato paste stir and heat for 1 min<br />
Add honey stir and heat for 1 min<br />
Add your flavor element<br />
Add water<br />
Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour stir and taste<br />
If you want flavors to be stronger cover pot and cook at 30 min intervals until desired flavor is reached</p>
<p>For Service<br />
Add to you favorite meat dish</p>
<p>Enjoy</p>
